PPES folder special characters

I upgraded to 7.3 mr3 and having an issue with special characters in a folder name in PPES(folder&1). There is an issue with special characters as a folder name.

I need to know what the procedure is to change/rename the folder and all files it may reference. (ie - cfx files to change in PPSRoot.....)
I do not want to republish cubes because I will loose all of the reports that were saved.
