PPES export as pdf issue

Hi,

Anyone with a similar experience/tip(s), please ???
We have a Web and an Application Server for PPES (still 7.0).
Everytime a PPLay report has to be saved as pdf in Upfront or a PPlay Client tries to publish a report, PPES hangs.
Configuration Manager : no embedded for pdf, so should be ok there.
PPES Adm : lightweight pdf generation
