i restarted the PPA service with an administrator ID on the server and it turns into a blue circle.
when i click on the blue circle, it shows PMP unknown performance status page.

do i need to start the service with an administrator ID that can access the server?

PPA on one of the server is working but the rest is not working (with a red button).

any help ?
