PP web 7.4 - can I make it appear with 7.1 interface?

Hello all. I've taken over a Cognos implementation and got a large deployment of users that are on PP version 7.1. I'm planning to migrate them to supported version 7.4 but there is resistance to the change because of the enhanced user interface. I believe there is a setting on PPES to switch back from the enhanced user interface to 'classic' look as used in 7.1

I've not done an installation to prove it yet but hopefully someone can confirm that this is the case before I do it as a test?
