PP Slide Show Timed Displays

I created a PP presentation and saved it as a HTML file. I uploaded it and it displays fine. And here comes the BUT..

I added some Custom Animations (i.e. arrows whose display I setup to be timed) but they are not working. They are already on display when the slide appears(i.e. they just lay there).

Is thier something I have to change in the code to get the timed displaying of the animation items to work?

I have seen PP slide shows with timed animations but I don't know how they got it to work.

Also the site is displaying a list of all the pages in the slide show on a seperate frame. I would like to elimiate this and have the visitor just step through the show. Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this?
