PowerScript/Intelligent Editor Control

Has anyone any idea where/how we can get the PowerScript (intelligent) Editor control? As you are aware, the PowerScript editor is a simple control (compared to the editors in the IDEs of other tools) that supports Syntax-coloring, Auto-indenting... (although not Auto-formatting). Powersoft/Sybase did not include this as one of the Window-controls in the IDE for usage by developers.

Any info on getting this control (or any other similar controls especially for SQL & PL/SQL) is greatly appreciated.
