I have a strange problem that I'm hoping someone can help me out with. We have a VB Application that calls into Microsoft Word and generates a document. The document that is generated has a Convert To PowerPoint button on the toolbar. When you run this Conversion macro is done running there is a PowerPoint presentation open as well as the Word document. When I switch to the Word document, I can edit the document fine, but none of the tool bars or menu items work until I click on a different application and then click back on the Word document. I tried interogating the "enabled" property of some of these command bars in the VBA code right before it's done executing and it says they are all enabled. I've also tried closing the Word document and re-opening it, closing the Powerpoint Presentation and reopening it, activating the Word document, selecting the active document and am now out of ideas on what else to try. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Sorry about that. I didn't see the VBA forum. Is there a way for me to move this post over there instead?

Just repost.
