I have a problem when using Powerpoint. If a user wnats to apply a design template after creating the presentation they get an error since Powerpoint is looking for the M and N drives which have been hidden. I don't want to unhide the drives, how does everyone else get around this problem. I can say to the users to click on the error messages and they can get to the templates stored in the shared area of the netork but how can I make this cleaner. I've tried changing through group policies the paths to MS Office user templates and shared templates but without success.
The setup is Windows 2000 SP3, XP FR2, Load balances servers, roaming profiles.

Maybe you can use UNC paths instead of drives? In the Office configuration section put in \\server\folder?
