PowerPoint print problem

I have a user who has a PowerPoint presentation that he wants to automatically print on legal-sized paper. I can set the printer to use legal size paper and it works, but if I attempt to print to another printer or send the document to another user and have them print the paper size is the printer default, not legal-size.

Does anyone know a way to set the document to print legal-size?

Thanks

The only thing I can think of is to go into page setup, select custom under "Slides sized for" and make your width 14 inches and your height 8.5 inches in landscape.

Good Luck
