You can save the pp slides as individual images
Save As -> Save as Type: Jpeg (or whatever you want)
You will be promted "Do you want to save the current slide or every slide?"
Choose 'every slide'.
This will create a new folder with every slide as an image. Import those images into Premiere.
Go crazy with the edits.
