Hello,
I have a powerpoint presentation that I am saving in Single File Web Page format. When I do that, the Outline view displays as sort of navigation.
It appears that this outline is pulling from the titles of my slides. I would like to modify the navigation part without changing the slides.
Is that possible?

Thanks for any help.

Save the presentation as web page (htm, html). Find the source 'htm' file (right-click the frame). Check where the outline is stored. Replace default titles by new ones in 'href' tag (in my case it was in "v3_outline_collapsed.htm").
After changes the page can be saved in a single file.

I was hoping to not have to modify any html as there will be various users uploading content. I may try just moving all of my slide content to the body and creating a slide title that is white so that it cannot be seen. I believe this will then be reflected in the outlive view.

Thanks

You can just move slide title outside the slide area - will still be visible in design mode.
