Powerpoint feature won't work in Citrix

I am not sure if this is a Citrix problem. I am getting an error when trying to create an organization chart in Powerpoint.

"Powerpoint can't start Organization chart. An error occurred and this feature is no longer functioning properly. Please contact your system administrator."

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Which version of Office are you using?

Was the Organization chart feature installed at the time Office was installed?

Does this feature work in other programs (eg Word)?

Does this happen on all of your Citrix servers?
