PowerPoint Cycle Diagram

When I go to insert a Cycle Diagram in PowerPoint I get curved rectangles to form the circle but I want curved arrows (like in the example where you choose the diagram).

Does anyone know how to make the rectangles arrows. My diagram would make more sense then.

Driving me crazy!

Thanks for any help.
