Is there a way of setting up powerpoint so that every chart you make on a presentation is the same ?
i.e setting up a default chart type
as when you manually setup a chart and run through the presentation they are all over the place.

thanks

To my knowledge, no.

Just copy and paste the chart to the new slide. Double-click it and change the data.

You can also go to the insert toolbar, and then chose duplicate slide. This wil duplicate your original slide. then you can update the new slide with the different info.
