Powerpoint blank presentation

A colleague of mine loaded a presentation in powerpoint but at the bottom of powerpoint it still states 'blank presentation', is the presentation that was loaded corrupt?

Blank Presentation" in the Status bar just indicates that the design template that was used was the one named "Blank Presentation". It is the one that is simply white text with black text until you change it.
