Anyone have a good reference for the Powerpoint object model? I am using msppt.olb but can't figure out how to even open a file... and I'm just trying to do a SaveAs. Thanks in advance. -b

The first place to go is the object model in the help file: within PPT VBA help, look up the topic "Microsoft Powerpoint Objects". That takes you to a tree-based overview of all useful objects in Powerpoint. You'll find that there is a Presentations collection (with an ActivePresentation object to simplify things). Then you can look up methods and properties of presentations. For example, you may want to use:

activepresentation.saveas ....

Good luck! Rob
