Powerpoint 2010 starts minimized 1

When I Open PowerPoint 2010 it always starts minimized, troubleshoots done:

- Started the PowerPoint in safe mode and access properly
- Unchecked options from the Addins
- Ran the Office diagnostics but the system did not detect any issues.

How may I resolve this?

Left click Start
Right click on powerpoint
Select properties
Under Run, change minimized to Normal Window or Maximized
