Hi,

I have a user who has ceated a presentation while logged onto the domain with his laptop using Office 2010 Pro.

Everything works fine, except they are going to a roadshow tomorrow to give the presentation so obviously are not connected to the company network and log on as admin to the local machine.

However, everytime the presentation is run from the machine while logged on locally as Admin, it keeps crashing, if run when logged on as domain account it runs fine?

What could be causing his odd behaviour.

Does it work if you disconnect the laptop from the network and log on to it with the domain account credentials in cached mode?

Is there a link in the presentation to resources that are on the domain and hence not available when the laptop is disconnected from the network?

Does the presentation crash at the same point each time?

Hope this helps.
