I have a presentation that will include approximately 90 slides. The problem is that I will not know ahead of time which combination of the 90 that will be used in the presentation. I will have a "guide line" as to what will be used, but that can (and probably will) be deviated from. My question is, what if any, is the best way to handle this? I know that I can include all of the slides in one presentation and only choose the one's that I think will be the ones used and keep the others hidden, but I am not sure how to handle this. Can anyone give me some advice? I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks
B

I think what you're looking for is a custom slide show. This is basically a second slide show that exists in the master presentation but is different. For instance, if you're showing the presentation to two different audiences. You may not want to show all the slides to the second audience, so you create a custom slide show.

Select Slide Show>Custom Slide Show. Click the New button. Then give the custom slide show a name. Add in the slides you want to use. Then, when you want to show it, select Slide Show>Custom Slide Show. Click on the title of the Slide Show you created and click the Show button.

This is probably the easiest way to do it quickly. But ... it does make for a very large presentation, so keep that in mind.

Garridon,
Thank you for your response, but I am not sure if that will work given that I am not that familiar with PP or the custom slide show. As the presentation is deviated from the original plan, I will quickly need to find the slide(s) that the speaker is currently using, but not in the current presentation. If this can be done with a custom slide show, I apologize for my ignorance. I really wish that PP had a Hot key feature so that I could assign slides to specific keys. Thank you for your time and responses.
