Two students have had a problem trying to open Presentations they created in PowerPoint 2000. When they attempt to open the file, they get a blue screen with a Fatal Exception Error. One of the students had lots of video clips, but the other had just a few images on no more than 15 slides. We've tried opening different versions (one saved on a zip and one saved on the network drive) as well as importing the files into a new PowerPoint presentation but without success. Any ideas as to why this is happening and how to open the file?
