Hi,

I have a mdc file(Cube). Am trying to create a powerplay report from (PPR file from cube). While applying supress zeros in rows and colmns option it is just not responding.I conformed that in File--> preferences--> supress -->zero values check box was checked.I have about 160000 rows in my cube.
Plz help any body to supress zero values in my cube.

Thanks,
Noothan

Hi Noothan,

This supress option you describe does only supress a row/column is the values in this row/columns are ALL 0 (zero). If there is one or more values not equal to 0 the row will still be visuable in your report.

You can choose to create a blank field instead of a zero field. Suppose the measure in your report is revenue. Go to your dimension viewer and open the folder measure and select revenue. On the left side are toolbuttons and select the 'format measure'button. Select the blank tab and select the option 'zero values'. Press OK and all your zeros are gone...

Good luck
