Ok what I need to do is take a COGNOS CUBE .mdc and open it up in Transformer. I need to see what data elements created the Cube. I know in other programing languages like JAVA you can use a decompiler to see the code behind the project, I was hoping COGNOS was like this too.

PowerPlay Transformer Help Please

AFAIK, this is not possible with Cognos software, but third party software could assist - see Previewer 2.0 ( for a way to generate a transformer-readable model file from a .mdc cube.
