PowerPlay switch from Report to Explorer Problem

Using PowerPlay 7.1

When I switch from REPORTER back to EXPLORER I get the warning message that some data may be lost and then the application goes of into never-never land burning CPU time like crazy - never to return.

Ever see this issue?
