I have some users who are complaining that exporting their PowerPlay reports to Excel can take up to an hour. We thought it was a WAN issue but they can get to Upfront and open & manipulate reports there easily. Also, this happens even when the users have saved the reports to their machines and try exporting them subsequently. We use PowerPlay 7.1 and Excel 2000/2003.
What can be causing this? Any ideas on how to get around it?Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
