PowerPlay for Excel Plugin - Short / Long names

I'll answer this myself, the Short name function is not availiable on the PowerPlay for Excel Plugin - i've submitted an enhancement request to Cognos, the 3rd time this has been asked for so I'm not hopeful for an early fix
