PowerPlay Enterprise Server (PPES) logs

Hi,

Does PPES record entries to a log file without enabling the 'Auditing' property for the server and the cube/report?

As far as I am aware only after enabling the 'Auditing' property, the PPES records entries into ppes_audit.log file.

But, I am curious to know if logs entries otherwise too...?
(For instance, if the user clicks on a link to the cube and PPES displays an error message: "PowerPlay Server is busy...", then where would the PPES record this error message)
