Hi,

I've got a PowerPlay cube that includes the access manager user class hierarchy. The cube also contains customised views based on each user class.

When a user trues to open the cube in upfront or powerplay windows, Im getting the following error message:

The cube was not opened successfully.
"Access is denied. The user is not authenticated or the cube does not support any of the user classes."

I've checked the user's user classes and they are definitely included in the cube (and have views created). Any ideas on what I'm missing?

Have you dragged the User Classes in the PowerCubes window , under the cube name ??
Even if you can create the userclass views , if the user classes are not present under the cube , then you ll get access denied.
So from the UserClasses window , drag the necessary user classes to the PowerCube Window, and recreate the cube.

Yep, I figured it out yesterday afternoon. But thanks anyway - You're 100% right.
