Powerplay Client formats disappearing

I have a Powerplay(v7.0) Client Reporter report that contains two Custom exception Formats (Font light or Bold red or no decimal places)and a couple of Percentage formats that go to two decimal places.
When I add layers to the report, all the formats go to two decimal places, yet when I add the category as a column filter, all is well.

Is there something I am missing when applying the custom formats?
