PowerPath on Redhat 9.0

Anyone Running Linux Redhat 9.0 with Powerpath? I'm trying to run powerpath on my Linux box but it complains about not being for this distro. PP 3.0.5 wouldn't work. 4.3.1 wanted a updated Kernel. I'm running 2.4.20-8 I think it wants 2.4.21+

I dont want to upgrade the kernel unless I know for sure it will work.

Anyone have any ideas?
