PowerEdge 4600 Error: E0780 CPU1 Missing

Hello everyone, thank you for reading my question. I just got this server and intalled Windows2003 Enterprise. The server is giving me the E0780 error, so I run the diagnostics which says that CPU1 is installed / CPU1 is idle, waiting to be enable. Could some one please let me know how do I enable the CPU?
