I have a PowerEdge 4400 with a RAID 5 config and five dard drives. Right now the 4th drive is flashing orange, but there seems to be no performance issues. I can't seem to find any utility on that server to check the RAID setup ao anything else. Is there anything I can use to run a diag? This server is a SQL server for my other 2 servers databases.

If you'll reboot the machine you can use the RAID controller setup to test the disk. But there's no reason to bother, that orange light is the RAID controller telling you that disk is bad. Believe it, and replace the disk.
