PowerEdge 2300 LED's

We've got an older 2300 here and none of the LED's on the front, bar power, light up. One lights up while the system is booting, before the PERC (2/Si I believe) controller starts up, but then goes out.

I'd like to at least get the activity light going again, is it possible something needs updating/configuring? Or is it far more likely to be something unplugged on the inside?

There are lights on the motherboard that are the same as the lights on the front of the server. Are these doing the same thing, or are they all lighting up?

As far as I can see, the internal ones arent lighting up.. The system is in a stack, so I can't get access to it easily
