I need to add a drive the following configuration:

PE1500SC
RAID 5
3 - 18GB 10K RPM Ultra 160 SCSI drives
Controller - Perc3/SC internal
One Virtual Drive 0
1 - 55MB Primary partition (Dell Utility)
1 - 4GB Primary partition (System)
1 - 30GB Extended partition with one logical drive (30GB)
OS is Windows 2000 Server

1) Are there specific steps I should take to add an 18GB drive just like the 3 I already have?
2) Can I add a larger capacity drive to the existing 18GB drive array and utilize the added space?
3) If I can add a larger drive are there additional steps I should take?

I've done some reading on this but can't seem to get a clear understanding on how to add a drive to an existing RAID5 array. Thanks for any help you can provide.
