Is there a way to remove that E-Metrotel Powered by UCx etc message from the default screen on the 5010 and 5006 sets? I 'm not talking about customizing it in the Nortel settings or individual user profile....I want it completely removed from the system as per my customer's request.

OK.....according to emetrotel, all you have to do is type the word blank in the Maint Text 0, 1 and 2 boxes and the info will go away. If you leave the Title Default box "blank" the system will display E-metrotel at the top of the screen. To eliminate that. I just put a period (.) in there. It still shows on the screen but is hardly noticeable.....works for me!
