Hi,

I have Compaq Presario 2100 notebook and try to play my DVD/VCD with powerDVD. However, it will show video with very slow motion without any audio output. Can anyone please tell me where could be the problem?

TIA

Roger

I forgot to mention that Real or Media player will work with my DVD/CVD.

This model of notebook should be able to share up to 64mb of ram for video. Check your BIOS for this setting. Based on the product specs, you should be able to play any DVD smoothly. As for your other post about MediaPlayer and real player, I am unsure. How many items are showing up in your system tray? If you have too many, this will slow your system also.

Hope this helps.
