PowerBuilder Express Edition/Personall Edition

I'm wondering if PowerBuilder has an Express Edition or Personal Edition like the Visual Studio. Or maybe Learning Edition for student or anybody who wants to learn PB.

It would help to promote PB to programmers if they have a free edition for learning purposes. They have the Evaluation Copy but only for a number of days, which a newbie really can't do/learn much in 30 days.

Where can i download, if they have such thing like the Express Edition.

There is an eval version (30 days I think) from Sybase. If you join ISUG (International Sybase Users Group) which costs about $100 you get a free copy of PB (and a bunch of other products too).

technically FREE copy of PB with $100 cost for joining ISUG. that is so sad. no wonder PB is much less popular than VS. And for students, $100 is too much. VS Express Ed is FREE and no need to join a UG.
