About the Job
* 7 years of IT experience with 5 years of PowerBuilder experience including 10.5 experience.
* Strong Oracle, PL/SQL skills.
* Good understanding of Windows XP.
* Familiar with executable delivery to workstations.
* Excellent communication skills needed to interface with Business Users and managers
* Support production environment and user base.
* Will be responsible to enhancements to the ANALYST application (written in Powerbuilder 10.5)
SKILLS NEEDED:
Duties centered primarily on supporting existing and developing new PowerBuilder 10.5 systems. Knowledge of system analysis and design techniques; knowledge of computer applications, and database management system principles, techniques and capabilities; and knowledge of network computing environments.
5 years experience relative to progressively responsible professional IT work experience in the full systems development life cycle, working on large development efforts with an emphasis on application development using PowerBuilder.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills needed to interface with Business Users and managers.
Must understand and be capable of writing efficient PL/SQL statements.
Highly experienced PowerBuilder developer (specifically with version 10.5).
MSCE certification a plus.
