powerbuilder apps look and feel

A dull grey looking enterprise wide powerbuilder application ( coded using version 6.5 ) can be thought of as looking "dated" "old" etc.

Are there specific routes a dev team can take to enhance the APP getting it looking like windows Xp / office 2004 ?

Esthetics are so important !

Are there any GURUs out there that can advise ?

Is the app still in 6.5? Sybase added (somewhat) the ability to have the XP look and feel in version 9.

The app is still in 6.5 but we dont want to start using 9 becuase it is imperetive that there are a few bugs in it as possible.

Are there any add-ons out there that we can use to get the look and feel a little fresher?
