Powerbuild 8.04 App crashes with Server 2003

Recently, we have found with the newer builds of our app, any of our customers that have Server 2003, will crash out 20-30 times a day. Not every customer has this problem but most do. We recently upgraded to 8.04 build 10726 but the problem still occurs.

Any ideas?
