power5 micropartitioning - realtime cpu allocation viewer? 1

I'm looking for something like nmon that would give me a single-screen realtime view of cpu utilization levels of my LPARs, marking their mins, maxs, and what they are getting over their cap.

Does such a tool exist?

it doesn't do everything you asked for, but you could also use lparstat (for entitlement)
