We have just started installing Inoculan 4.5x(with drvupdi.exe) on our Windows 2000 clients. If we login as administrator, or admin equiv., everything works fine. If the user is a power user, or user, the real-time monitor stays off and you can not adjust any of the settings. Please help.

alec,

i am experiencing the same issue with inoculan 4.0. additionally, when logged in as a power user, realtime monitor disables itself. if you log as with admin eqivalent privledges this does not occur. do you experience the same?

And you did install it as administrator, not just an account with administrator priviliges? I have seen that sometimes this causes a problem.
