Power Supply

I am having a strange issue with a power supply on my Merlin Magix 3.0 Expansion Carrier. When you shut off the power the green light stays on for about 10 seconds and then will go off after the capacitor has been drained. Is this normal. I have switched out several power supplies and basic and expanmsion carrier and they all had the same problem

I wouldn't call it a PROBLEM, more of an ANOMALY - No that's not it, an ANOMOLEE, not that either, just call it a QUIRK.
