Power Supply Error

Hi guys,

I have a problem with a carrier. It doesn't exist physically in the rack (i have only carrier A and B) but when i give ch cab 1 command i get 3 carriers available! A, B and C! and when i give disp alarms command i get a major alarm: port 01C15 pow-sup (as i told carrier C doesn't exist in the rack!)

Do you have any solution? i need help on this. Thanks

System configuration: G650 MediaGateway, S8700 MediaServer, ASA 3.0.8
