Hi,

I would like to create a macro so that when they the document is opened or a button is hit it prompts the user to print to a pdf printer or not.

Any help gratefully received.

Not so easy, in fact, natively it's pretty much impossible at the moment (with it's current Object Model). But, there are some workarounds if you're willing to go the extra 2 miles. Check out this site:
