We are running Nice perform 9.0 with an avaya s8500 PBX. Everything was working fine until a recent power outage - the UPS failed and the Nice servers crashed. When the power came back on the Nice system did not boot correctly. Did a reset and the system came back up - it is capturing screen pops and call records, but the audio is not being recorded.
