Power Outage now NICE is not recording

We are running Nice perform 9.0 with an avaya s8500 PBX. Everything was working fine until a recent power outage - the UPS failed and the Nice servers crashed. When the power came back on the Nice system did not boot correctly. Did a reset and the system came back up - it is capturing screen pops and call records, but the audio is not being recorded.

Any clues? Thanks!

hit return and posted should have followed if so try getting agents to log out and in again and then test.

No luck there... Have a ticket open with NICE as well so will let you know what I find out!
 
Do you have NMS or anything of the type? Check error messages in there.

Failing that check error messages in logger window, look for green stuff primarily.

Failing that in system administrator check the logger is connecting ok, etc.

Let us know how you get on.
 
Have been working with NICE tech support to review the errors, etc - they are shipping out a new hard drive for the Logger.

I'll let you know how it goes...
 
Turns out the motherboard was fried... new one on order :(
