After an extended power outage, all incoming calls are informed that they are being fowarded to the receptionist and only extension 10 rings. I have Partner II 4.1 with a Partner Mail module. Tried to reset using #728 feature - nothing. Auto Attendant is not assigned. I have the manual, but I am not much of a tech. When I remove the Mail module, the line rings once, and nothing more, just silence on the line. I am guessing the problem is related to Mail/voicemail. I can't figure out how to bypass or shut Mail off and just have all lines ring at all extensions, or even reprogram it properly.
