Howdy:

A simple search of the Microsoft Knowledge Base found this fix for you..

This article describes how to automatically log on a user account during the Windows startup process.

NOTE: This process only works if the computer is not joined to a domain.
Requirements

The Welcome screen must be available
Guest account access must be turned off
There must be only one user account on the computer
The user account must not have a password

To turn off Guest account access:

Go to Start, Run, control userpasswords2, uncheck 'Users must enter a username....', hit OK, then enter the name (and password if needed) of the user you want to automatically be logged on.

.....and put a shortcut to any program exe you want to start in your Startup folder.
