Power down/shutdown Procedure for NICE Perform 3.1

I have asked my distributor this question and have not gotten a solid answer. But what is the proper procedure for shutting down and starting up the NICE system. I have a Perform/Interaction/Web Server, a VoIP Logger and a NMS server. Now what is the order they should be shutdown. I was told the:
1. NMS
2. VoIP Logger
3. Perform/Interaction server

&

1. Perform/Interaction server
2. VoIP Logger
3. NMS

I would prefer this as well,better to stop NMS first so you can not get any system down traps.
