Dear expert,

I am going to power down two Avaya SE and three IPO500.

What is the normal procedures for:

1. Primary se
2. Secondly se
3 IPO500 which connect the idap and analog extensions.

Also should I press the se power button after shounting down the server? Or just unplug the power cables?

power down the secondary (webportal port 7070)
power down the primary
unplug the IP500's I never shut them down via manager options

to power them up start with the primary, then the secondary and then the IP500's

And in case it's a IP500 V1, make sure you have a spare power supply available.
