Power Down 8700

Login to the web interface of the 8700, switch to the stand by unit. once logged into the stand by server, busy it out and then select Shutdown server. Click on "delayed shutdown", make sure that restart is unchecked and press shutdown.
Go do the same thing to the active server.
once done, power off your cabinets.
